When thinking about Gucci footwear it's usually sneakers or horsebit mocassins that you think of first, but these Gucci black / grey socks are very comfortable, warm and stylish.  I really like the red / green Gucci web detail at the top.

Having wanted a leather bracelet for a while, and not being able to find the Dior Homme one I'd wanted originally, I narrowed it down to two from Dolce & Gabbana and ended up choosing the more discrete plain watch strap style leather band with the circular "Dolce & Gabbana" embossed logo as opposed to the louder cuff style bracelet with the metal plate logo.


The silver colored pin-and-hole belt-style buckle is  engraved with "Dolce & Gabbana" on the side...

... and the Dolce & Gabbana circular embossed logo is bracketed by two silver-colored worn-effect metal studs.

The Gucci G-Star T-Shirt is a white 100% cotton T-Shirt from the Autumn Winter 2011 menswear collection.  It's immediately recognisable as Gucci, despite the censored G**** logo on the front (you'll never see a Gucci shirt with "GUCCI" printed on the front - Gucci just don't do that, although there's no shortage of fakes).

Just under the G**** slogan there's the classic red and dark blue web design stripe.

The white background with the red and blue stripe and logo work really well together.  Altogether a beautiful shirt, from one of my favourite brands.  I saw photos of Will Smith wearing this shirt at a show he did last Autumn.

I recently purchased this Gucci black messenger bag in the black imprime coated GG fabric (my favourite fabric in Gucci's current range).

Features a large main compartment with a smaller mobile phone pocket and internal pocket for wallets etc.  The perfect size for carrying everyday essentials and an 11 inch or smaller laptop / tablet.

Just picked up some new Prada sunglasses for the coming summer (seems so long away still...)  These are the model SPR57L.  Available on the Prada website online store (listed in the women's store but, to be honest they seem pretty unisex to me.)  Very attractive, visor style glasses.  These are the grey / silver model but they're also available in several different color combinations.

This Prada elasticated fabric belt with Saffiano calf leather trim is available from your local Prada boutique or from the Prada website at €100. Typical understated Prada design. Featuring a stainless steel buckle with the Prada Milano. Very practical and stylish. The belt is quite narrow at 3cm so best worn with formal trousers rather than jeans. 

The belt is available in various colours (the ever-stylish black version shown in the photo) to match any outfit.  An essential item.

The Prada patent leather ankle boots with crocodile embossed pattern are available from Gest Outlet in Italy.

Beautifully designed, extremely comfortable and light.  The inner leather is extremely soft and there is a zip the full length of the boot from the sole to the top ensuring that they are easy to put on and take off.

If you're in the market for a new wallet, this Gucci black GG imprimé with black leather trim/interior ($270 / €220 from the Gucci online store) features three card slots, a coin compartment, and two bill compartments.  This  coated fabric is very easy to maintain.  It has a shiny look, unmistakably Gucci and just wipes clean.  I have owned this wallet for around 8 months now and it still looks brand new.  Testament to Gucci's quality.

This Dolce and Gabbana nylon / leather messenger bag is from the Autumn / Winter 2009/10 collection, but the current 2010/2011 collection has some almost identical bags.  Very practical, room to fit in your mobile phone, 11.6" laptop or netbook (not quite enough room in there for a 13 inch laptop, unfortunately), wallet, and pretty much everything you may need day-to-day.

Purchased in the Brown Thomas Winter Sale last year (50% off retail).  I've had several other bags in the meantime, including a couple of Prada nylon messenger bags, but I just seem to keep coming back to this one, which is a good sign.
