While not being the first brand which springs to mind when you think of men's designer belts, this Dior Homme calf leather belt is without a doubt one of the nicest belts I've ever owned.
The rectangular buckle is quite unique, entirely 'wrapped' in leather apart from the steel bars at the top and bottom.
The leather is divided into three horizontal bands, with the middle band embossed with the Dior Homme legend.
The leather quality is superb. A slightly textured finish and feels very significant. At only 3cm wide it's best worn with formal or casual trousers rather than jeans.

Maison Martin Margiela's 5 zip biker jacket is a classic design.
This dark indigo denim version was produced in limited numbers (just 50 for men and 50 for women) to coincide the the opening of the MMM online store.
The raw dark denim is beautifully textured and feels very substantial. There is a slight sheen to the fabric.
The two full-length diagonal zips look fantastic, behind the zips are two "normal-sized" pockets, with two further internal pockets. The jacket is fully lined.
The name "five zip" comes from the front zipper, the two zippered sleeves, and the diagonal zippers on the front. Designed to be worn fitted, this is a stunning jacket with a great fit and is a design classic.
